You can talk together about what we have discussed in the class. you may ask me about anything that you need to understand. But you must try to log in this page at least once everyday, so that you will be able to read all the comments made by students and the teacher.

Just please notice that you can make this page successful and helpful for you...or you can just make it another empty page! The choice is yours...All you have to do is to ask, comment and participate.
Good luck,

Hi again,

Do you remember what we explained today about "IF, when, before, after, until, as soon as, etc."?
We use :
·
If → present simple →future

We can express the future in 3 ways, do u remember them?!
· Will+inf
· Am,is,are going to + inf.
· Am,is,are +verb + ing

Ok…now you're going to complete these sentences about yourself using the correct form of the future tense. Try to think about funny answers though!
For example:

If I win the lottery, I will produce a movie !

Now it's your turn:

1. If I win the lottery, …………………………. .
2. If I study hard,………………………………..
3. When I meet my best friend, ……………………………
4. As soon as I finish this course, I will…………………. .
5. When I'm 50, …………………………………
…..

ok..see you in tomorrow's class.

Hi everyone,

how are you? Today's homework task is a speaking task, as you were lazy in today's class! This video is the final scene of a movie called The Pursuit of Happiness. It's about a man who had difficult life-really hard life-till he finally achieved his dreams and became happy.

You're asked to watch this video now and think about your happiness. What is your biggest dream that would make you extremely happy if it came true.

Try to think. You may write notes if you like as tomorrow you will speak about this dream of yours in front of the class....

Try to brainstorm for idea....think about anything that would make you happy. What is your main goal in this life?

see you tomorrow,

Mr. Mohammed

Homework Task "Present Perfect"!!

Hi again,
How are you? I hope that you had enjoyed the last homework task and that you found it interesting and helpful at the same time. Well... Today we explained the present perfect tense in the morning class, remember? So, we will try to have some tasks which will help us understand this important tense better as well as using it in our everyday English.

So, are you ready to start?!! I can't hear you!! Did you say "yes we're ready"? Raise your voice!!

The first task is to listen to this song. It's a soft song by Bryan Adams. It's called "have you ever really loved a woman"- I really like it very much and I hope you'll like it too. As you will be listening for the first time, just relax and enjoy the song. For the second time, I want you to listen for these words " have and ever". Try to notice the way they are used in forming a question " Have you ever loved a woman?" well, did you like the song?! Now what should you do is trying to learn the new words that you found in this song so let's do this now please. Try to look them up in your dictionary.

click here to listen to the song:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BUqugcJ11YU

The second task is a writing task. I want you write an answer to this questions:
What are the funniest moments in you entire life?
Try to think about a personal experience that you have experienced and that you want to share with the class! Think about any thing that have happened to you, anything interesting that you have learned, done, watched,..etc

The final task for today is that I want you to please add a comment on this blog trying to suggest any idea that we can use in order to make it more exciting and more useful for you as well as other students. Just click on the word" comment" then add your comment. You may kindly write your first name, so that I would know who added that comment when I read it.

Now I want you to go to this page: http://www.sozoexchange.com/2007/03/16/episode-1/
Watch and enjoy the video, when you finish come again here and answer these questions:

THE FOUR LANGUAGE SKILLS

Hi again,
Are you ready to start? I'm going to talk about the four language skills that you need to develop in order to be a good English learner. Let's start with the listening skill. Some students think that it's the most difficult skill. But the question is DO YOU LISTEN TO MUCH ENGLISH AS YOU SHOULD DO? The answer often is going to be NO! So how come you be a good listener without listening?!

I always tell my students that the four language skills are Skills NOT GIFTS". Do you know the different between a skill and a gift? Let me tell you...Any skill can be improved by practice and by only practice. So if you like be a good driver, all you have to do is to practicse more driving. Well....so if you wish to be a good listener, all you have to do is to listen more. i'm going to share some sites with you that i've found useful for developing the listening skill. Some of these sites are online radio stations or TV sites. These sites will help you to listen to different kinds of topics. You may also listen to some music as well...

ok...let's go and check these sites now & let me know how do find them.

Welcome To My Blog

Hi all,
How do you do? As you're here surfing this blog; so you maybe be one of my students in Sara Institute or you may have known about this page by any other means.......Anyway...Allow me to welcome you all for being here.
Actually, I had to write this introduction to let you know the reason why i made this blog. As i believe that teaching is a life experience, and that the relationship between the teacher and his students should be extended beyond the time spent in the classroom. So having this handy blog is a way to achieve this kind of friendly relationship. Moreover, this blog can help me in extending the teaching process. So students may submit some homework tasks or we can also exchange some useful links that can help you achieve your goals of being a better English learner.

As i said before, this blog is a way to enhance this kind of relationship which is based mainly on mutual respect between me, as a teacher, and you. So you're free to suggest any idea that you think it may help in the improvement of this blog.

finally, i hope to start contacting with you as soon as possible. I'm waiting for your comments on the different topics that will be posted here.
